Hi!  I'm Courtney and this is my blog that you are reading.  This page is where you can learn a little bit about me and my life.

I live in Kansas City.  I grew up on the Kansas side of the state line and moved to the Missouri side for school.  I currently live in south Kansas City with my boyfriend Alex.  From 8-4:30 Monday through Friday I am a lawyer at a small firm. 

When I am not working, I love to be doing things.  At home that means decorating, crafting, baking, reading blogs and of course blogging.  When I'm out and about, I love hanging out with my friends, going to sporting events and fesitivals and shopping.

Since graduating from law school and taking two bar exams (I'm licensed to practice in Kansas and Missouri), I've been trying to figure out where my life is going to lead me.  I love helping other people and learning new things.  I enjoy travelling and wish I could afford to do it more often.  I love s'mores, good beer, pedicures, the ocean, fresh flowers, and the Kansas Jayhawks.  I have a weakness for trashy tv.  I value kindness and respect above everything else.
